The application process is straightforward. After your tour, fill out our online application form, which includes providing proof of income, rental history, and a valid photo ID.
A non-refundable application fee of $30 per applicant is required to cover the cost of background and credit checks. Once your application is approved, you'll be asked to sign the lease and submit the security deposit to secure your new home.

In the other buildings, about one-third of the apartments are walk-in level on the second floor, requiring no stairs. For the rest, access involves one flight up to the third floor or one flight down to the first floor.
Water, sewage, trash, and basic cable are included in your rent, so you can enjoy fewer monthly bills to worry about. Residents are responsible for other utilities, such as electricity and internet.
