Sausalito is known for its unique microclimates, with each area experiencing its own weather patterns. Located in the 'Nevada Valley' or North Sausalito neighborhood, Sausalito Towers enjoys more sunshine and warmer days than other parts of town that often sit under a layer of fog.

Cloudbreak is a 10 minute walk south and has a wide variety of classes.
This is our closest grocery store for when you need to grab something in a pinch.
Sausalito is known for it's houseboats. There are several lovely walks that'll take you right past them.
If you're looking for an educational experience, the SF Bay Model is a 15 minute walk.
This downtown restaurant is not to be missed. It's super yum.
